Regular Service Center hours throughout the year are:
Monday–Thursday: 7 a.m.–7 p.m.
Friday: 7 a.m.–6 p.m.
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: 2–7 p.m.
ITS offers extended hours at the start and end of terms.

Support Hours May 23
The ITS Service Center will be closed from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm on Thursday May 23 for a staff event. Regular Service Center support will be available from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, and resumes at 2:00 pm. If you have an urgent issue, specifically with: Passwords and Duo, MiWorkspace Executive Support, or you need to report a system outage, please call 734-764-HELP (764-4357) and press 0. For other issues, please submit a help request.
